ASEM - Mapping and Assessing the European Mobility Advisor (EMA), is a project cofounded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union - KA2 cooperation for innovation and the exchange of good practices.
ASEM aims to improve the current situation and developed at European level a Web based Assessment Tool to assess the competences of EMAs. It allows to carry out the expertise checkup in self-assessment mode, to store the results and to have them examined and commented by peers and/or assessors. A plan for improvement is proposed to be filled online.
The Self-assessment tool is a support instrument to potential European Mobility Advisors, candidates for this position, informing what competencies are needed and can be used as potential career development guide, to find out possible “whit spots” in somebodies knowledge, skills and attitudes to be developed.
The Self- assessment tool consists of four work pages, each responding to one area of the competencies of the EMA.

To become European Mobility Advisor is the journey, you will be taking in close cooperation with organization one is representing.
